Cancellation Policy
We understand plans change. Here's what you need to know about cancelling or rescheduling your workshop booking.
More than 7 days before the workshop
If you cancel more than 7 days before your workshop date, you may:
- Reschedule your booking to any future workshop date at no extra cost
- Request a full refund, processed within 5–7 business days
3–7 days before the workshop
If you cancel between 3 and 7 days before your workshop date, you may:
- Reschedule your booking to another available workshop date, or
- Receive a 50% refund
Less than 48 hours before the workshop
Due to limited spaces and preparation involved, we're unable to offer refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the workshop.
However, we can provide:
- Workshop credit equal to 50% of your booking value, valid for 6 months
Private Workshops & Events
Private bookings (birthdays, corporate events, etc.) have different terms.
Deposit
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
Rescheduling
Events may be rescheduled free of charge if requested at least 14 days in advance, subject to availability.
Cancellations
If a private event is cancelled, the deposit is non-refundable.
