Workshop Age Requirements

Adult Workshops

Participants must be 16+ years old.

Kids' Workshops

Designed for ages 7–12. Parents/guardians are welcome to stay during the session, but children may also be dropped off. A contact number must be provided for the duration of the workshop.

Family Workshops

All ages welcome! Children under 7 must be accompanied by an adult.

What to Bring

Just bring yourself and an open mind. Everything else is provided.

If you'd like, feel free to bring photos or ideas that inspire you as a starting point for your artwork.

Your finished piece will be packaged in a 14 inch box so you can take it home safely. If you prefer, you're welcome to bring a large tote or bag that can fit the box for easier transport.

Photography & Social Media

We occasionally take photos during workshops for use on our website, social media, and promotional materials.

If you do not wish to be photographed, please let us know at the start of the session. We will always respect your privacy.

You're welcome (and encouraged!) to share your creations on social media. Tag us @inaartworldx so we can celebrate your work!

Health & Safety

Please inform us of any allergies or health conditions that may affect your participation in the workshop.

All materials provided are non-toxic and safe for use. Aprons are provided, but please wear clothes you don't mind getting a little messy.

Booking Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received. You will receive a confirmation email with all workshop details, including the full address and any additional information.

Please arrive 10 minutes before the workshop start time to allow time to settle in.

Weather & Circumstances

Workshops are held indoors and will proceed regardless of weather conditions.

In the rare event that we need to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule to another available date.

Conduct

We ask all participants to be respectful of others and the creative space. InaArtWorld reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.
